9north Carta Blanca 4 Year White Rum Review
This 4-year-old Panamanian rum is aged in second-fill bourbon casks, non-chill filtered, and bottled after a round of charcoal filtration to remove tannins and color. It has a flavor profile of molasses and vanilla accented by hints of tropical fruits. While it works as both a sipping spirit and cocktail component, we think it shines best in the latter function. Take it for a spin in a Daiquiri or Mojito to enjoy its full potential.
