135 Degrees East Hyogo Dry Gin
Review
The release is instantly identifiable as another notable addition to the growing range of quality Japanese gins via its sansho pepper, yuzu, and shiso leaf aromas. The palate dials down on the intensity of the nose, delivering delicate petal and sweet, fruity notes. Though its ABV content is fairly tame for this category, the overall concentration and complexity are undeniable. This is great gin.
