In the La Patria, created by bartender Leanne Favre, PATRÓN Silver shines in a complex and smoky-sweet elixir. Made with 100 percent Weber Blue Agave, PATRÓN Silver’s citrus notes help play up the vegetal poblano agave syrup, while fresh lime juice and cinnamon syrup add depth. Combined with aquafaba for body, the flavorful drink is shaken over ice, strained, and served in a coupe glass with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
