Winter is citrus season, and orange and grapefruit juices combine perfectly with sweet pineapple to highlight the layers of flavor in Zacapa No. 23 Rum. The final addition of cherry juice rounds out the succulent flavors while also adding a festive touch.
Ingredients
9 ounces Zacapa No. 23 Rum
6 ounces orange juice
6 ounces pineapple juice
6 ounces grapefruit juice
3 ounces cherry juice
Cherry garnish
Orange wedge garnish
Directions
In a punchbowl, pour in rum, orange, pineapple, grapefruit, and cherry juices.
Nest the punch bowl in a larger bowl filled with crushed ice to keep the punch cold without watering it down (optional). Alternatively, add cubed ice to the punch bowl.
To serve, ladle mixture into rocks glasses with ice and garnish each drink with a cherry and orange wedge, skewered together.
