White Claw is as sessionable as it is ubiquitous; cans of the leading hard seltzer brand are easy to find, and even easier to knock back.

For those looking to catch a stronger buzz, the brand’s new White Claw Surge line is hitting shelves this month. A boozier option at 8 percent ABV, the new seltzers will come in two flavors: Cranberry and Blood Orange.

These flavors will be novel to White Claw fans, as they’re not available in classic variety packs, which arrive at 5 percent ABV per 12-ounce can. This higher-ABV option is joining the ranks of other boozier hard seltzer options like Truly Extra and Bud Light Platinum Hard Seltzer. Drinkers will also be happy to find that White Claw Surge will offer a little more to sip on, as it’s arriving in 16-ounce tall-boys.

The release comes at the same time as White Claw’s Flavor Collection No. 3, which is on store shelves now. That variety pack consists of three new flavors: Strawberry, Pineapple, and Blackberry, along with a fan favorite, Mango.

It looks like it’s going to be another White Claw summer, and we’re not mad about it.
