On Friday, a press release posted to Beer Business Daily announced the beverage giant behind White Claw is truly amped for 2021.
Mark Anthony Brands, the mastermind behind White Claw and Mike’s Hard Lemonade, celebrated an unbelievable year in 2020 and hopes to build on that momentum into 2021. The team announced a slew of new products for White Claw fans, including the long-awaited release of White Claw Surge. The higher ABV (8 percent) version of the classic seltzer will finally hit shelves in April in Blood Orange and Cranberry flavors.

Better yet, the brand announced a third flavor collection. The new variety pack will launch in April with fun new flavors like Blackberry, Strawberry, and Pineapple alongside the classic Mango sparkler.
Next year will also see the release of a new 18-pack as well as an imminent 24-pack. Both will include the popular hits Black Cherry, Watermelon, and Mango, with Watermelon getting a solo-show of its own. Due to its popularity, the flavor will be released in its own six- and 12-packs in April 2021.
Mark Anthony Brands also plans to launch Mike’s Hard Lemonade Seltzer in a “big way” in March, according to the Friday press release. The new product is set to debut in slimline cans, backed by a huge media campaign. With TV and digital placements during sporting events like March Madness, the brand hopes to quickly find its way into home fridges across the country.
With Truly boasting more than a year’s head start on the hard seltzer lemonade market, we can’t wait to see whether Mark Anthony can claw its way into the space.
