Last night’s 90th Academy Awards drew its requisite attention, pomp and circumstance thanks to the many cinematic works of art and worthy artists involved in this year’s selection of nominated films. But we all know, at the end of the day, it’s really the actors’ outfits and actions behind-the-scenes that people really care about. Today, the biggest news seems to be the snapshot-gone-viral of Jennifer Lawrence and her wine.
In true J. Law fashion, the beautiful, awkward actress was caught straddling a row of chairs at the Dolby Theatre, presumably trying get to her seat via shortcut with a wine glass in hand. She succeeded, without spilling, and luckily, without ripping her dress or breaking a heel, either.
Lawrence has come a long way since stumbling onto the stage at the 2013 Academy Awards, when she clumsily accepted her Oscar for best actress for Silver Linings Playbook, or in 2014, when she took a tumble on the red carpet, blaming rum as the culprit.
