When someone mentions Disney theme parks, you probably think of Mickey Mouse, not cocktails. However, Disney’s beverage program is launching a series of holiday themed cocktails that should provide a little extra fun for adult patrons. The mixologists at Disney have invented over 100 different drinks featuring classic holiday ingredients such as baking spices, cranberry, chocolate, pumpkin, and marshmallow.
While the entire drink menu isn’t available yet, Disney has released a preview of what some of the cocktails will be like. This glimpse into what’s to come shows that each cocktail draws inspiration from the location that it’s served. Here are the cocktails we know so far.
Black Cherry Bourbon Hot Chocolate
1 packet of hot chocolate powder mix
5 ounces hot water (or warm milk)
1/2 ounce toasted marshmallow syrup
1 1/4 ounces black cherry bourbon 2 ounces whipped cream for garnish
1 maraschino cherry for garnish
Where it can be found: Flurry of Fun – Dockside Diner, Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
Winter Wonderland
1 1/2 ounces Vodka
3/4 ounce Peppermint Schnapps
3/4 ounce White Chocolate liquor
Candy cane (garnish)
Red Sugar (rim)
Where it can be found: Morimoto Asia, Disney Springs.
Pecan Chicory Espresso Martini
2 ounces Pecan Vodka
1 ounce Chicory liqueur
1 ounce Espresso
1/2 ounce Simple syrup
Where it can be found: Paddlefish, Disney Springs.
Tropical Snowstorm
1 1/2 ounces bourbon
1/2 ounce coconut rum
1 ounce cream of coconut
1/4 ounce falernum syrup
1/4 ounce cinnamon syrup
1/4 ounce orgeat syrup
Toasted coconut (garnish)
Peppermint candy cane (garnish)

Gluhwein Hot Spiced Wine
1 bottle Cabernet Sauvignon
1 pound sugar
1/8 ounce cloves
1/4 ounce cinnamon
1/4 ounce anise
1 orange (cut into slices)

Pomegranate Mule
1 1/4 ounces vodka
3 ounces pomegranate juice
1/2 ounce pomegranate syrup
4 ounces ginger beer
1/2 ounce pomegranate seeds (garnish)
1 fresh mint sprig (garnish)

Poinsettia Cocktail
1/2 ounce orange-flavored liqueur
3 ounces cranberry juice
1 1/2 ounces cuvée
1 orange peel twist (garnish)
Where it can be found: Carthay Circle Restaurant, Disney California Adventure Park.
Sam’s Slay Ride
1 ounce honey whiskey liqueur
1/2 ounce orange-flavored liqueur
3/4 ounce ginger liqueur
3/4 ounce lemon juice
1 ounce pineapple, orange, and guava juice mix
1/4 ounce cinnamon syrup

The Napa Rose S’more
1 ounce bourbon whiskey
1/2 ounce Licor 43
1/2 ounce dark creme de cacao
1/4 ounce mezcal
3 ounces coffee
Whipped cream (garnish)
Chocolate syrup (garnish)
