London dairy lovers can belly up to a new kind of bar — Pick & Cheese, “the world’s first cheese conveyor belt restaurant,” is now open in Covent Garden, CNN Travel reports.

Pick & Cheese, now open in Seven Dials Market in Covent Garden, is a new concept from the owners of The Cheese Bar, of Camden Market. Although new to the dairy world, it follows the belt path of other conveyor belt restaurants, such as sushi conveyor belt restaurants in London and Japan.

Pick & Cheese will carry a selection of 25 U.K. cheeses, alongside other dishes that can be ordered to your seat or booth. Cheese options “from the belt” includes cream plates, grey plates, blue plates, red plates, and yellow plates, according to The Cheese Bar website.

Of course, you shan’t have a cheese bar without something to pair it with.  Pick & Cheese will focus on natural wine, with white, red, rosé, orange, and sparkling options, along with sweet wines and sherry. A small selection of local beer and cider options are on the menu as well.
