You may have heard of beer cheese, and you may have sampled beer-inspired chips (delicious, by the way), but what about beer-flavored candy?

If you’re stuck for an Easter gift for the beer lover in your life, this intriguing jelly bean flavor might be the perfect alternative (or accompaniment?) to the real thing.

“Jelly Belly has been developing drink-inspired flavors since the 1980s,” says Jeff Brown, vice president of operations and distribution at Jelly Belly. “We started with Piña Colada and Mai Tai, and now we’re very proud to add draft beer to that line.”

According to Brown, it took a lot of trial and error to get the “crisp, clean” flavor of beer, but Jelly Belly is satisfied its bean has an “iridescent finish [that] makes it seem like it’s poured straight from the tap.” The flavor should appeal to fans of Hefeweizen ales in particular, as the style’s “clean, crisp, and wheaty taste” inspired the bean.

Jelly Belly packages the beer-flavored beans in adorable 1.75-ounce cans, but if you’re still not convinced, you could also try one of its endless list of other flavors. Dirty dishwasher, barf, or stinky socks, anyone? (No, really.)
