The Riondo Blackberry Prosecco Brunch Punch

What You’ll Need:

  • 1 container blackberries
  • water
  • 18 oz. dark rum
  • 12 oz. pineapple juice
  • 10 oz. simple syrup
  • 10 oz. Riondo Prosecco
  • 8 oz. lime juice
  • 2 limes, sliced

Directions:

Place one blackberry in each tray cube. Fill ice tray with water and freeze. In a punch bowl, pour rum, pineapple juice, simple syrup, lime juice, and Riondo Prosecco. Separate blackberry ice molds and place into punch bowl. Add sliced limes and stir. Serve in punch glasses and enjoy.
