Labor Day is one of the best times of the year for grilling, but with so many different kinds of foods on the grill, it can be hard to choose the right wine. To help remedy this problem, we sat down with Randall Restiano, Wine Director of Eli’s Table – the restaurant inside the famed NYC institution Eli’s Market, to get his tips and tricks for pairing wine with everything you might be grilling. He shows us it’s much easier than you might think, and that some pairings can be a bit outside the box.
