After wetting his feet at a number of bars in downtown Manhattan, bartender Ignacio “Nacho” Jimenez set his sights on a singular goal. He wanted to build a New York City bar that would be a perfect mash-up of Mexican and American cultures. In 2023, he opened Superbueno, an East Village cocktail bar that has since become a powerhouse in the worldwide hospitality scene.
