Triple Crossing Falcon Smash Review
This Richmond-brewed ode to Falconer's Flight, a proprietary hop blend from Hopunion that includes Cascade, Centennial, Chinook, Citra, Cluster, Columbus, and Crystal hops (a.k.a. "C hops"), adds rotating experimental varieties at unknown intervals. Triple Crossing's house ale yeast strain ties things together, with fruity esters amplifying the hop cornucopia of tropical fruit, zesty citrus, and resinous pine notes in this unique blend.
