Tasca d'Almerita Tenuta Regaleali Nero d'Avola 2016 Review

I have been selling, pouring, and drinking this wine for years now, and it is just as awesome as it was back in the day. If you haven’t enjoyed wines made from Nero D’Avola, you are in for a treat. This bottle is $12, widely available, and quite possibly your next wine-on-hand-for-any-occasion wine. It’s medium bodied, meaning it won’t weigh you down, it has bright fruit and acidity, meaning it will be vibrant on the palate (and can even benefit from a slight chill), and will please all palates at your watch party, spontaneous weekday get together, or pizza jam. If you see it, grab it. It’s awesome.
