Stag's Leap Wine Cellars 'Fay' Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 Review

Stag’s Leap is one of the most famous wineries in the U.S. It was one of the wines that was scored the highest in a blind tasting outside Paris in 1976 now known as The Judgment of Paris. Their legacy lives on in every vintage of this wine. This Cab takes a minute to open up, but when it does it blossoms. The fruit is broad and wide with a good amount of acidity bursting through the depth. After a few minutes in the glass, the tannins come out and concentrate the wine on the palate bringing some nice structure. It’s a Cab that has enough lift and depth to please a dinner party.
