Sotheby's Sancerre Rosé 2018 Review
This is a big ol juicy rosé. It’s rich and vibrant with a grippy palate. There is enough acidity to be refreshing, and enough depth to be broad on the palate. This bottle with good friends and some herbed goat cheese stuffed chicken breast would be one hell of a lunch.
