Salem Wine & Co. Pinot Noir 2018 Review
This Pinot smells of very ripe cherries and a slight dose of balsamic. But those characteristics are not on the palate. The mouthfeel has an iron vibe, with a slight effervescence that feels like minute bubbles. It’s kind of balanced but really needs some stinky cheese to balance that almost sour sharpness.
