Rolling Fork Single Cask 12 Year Old Rum Distilled in Jamaica Review
Borden, Ind.-based independent bottler Rolling Fork Spirits sourced this rum from Jamaica's Clarendon distillery. Aged for 12 years, this pot still expression is not as funky or earthy as one would expect, as its nose leans a bit more fruity and floral with just a subtle wisp of oaky vanilla notes. The palate comes out swinging at a sky-high 66.8 percent ABV, allowing drinkers to proof it down to their preferences and enjoy its rich depth of flavor.
