Rhum Clemént 'Canne Bleue' White Rum Review
This traditional Martinique rhum agricole is distilled from the fresh juice of a single variety of sugarcane. Its complex character and stunning array of flavors quickly identify it as a rum for spirits aficionados, though maybe not the first step in an exploration of the category. At 50 percent ABV, its bold profile shines from start to finish. Cucumber, wet grass, and powdered sugar aromas define the nose, while peppery tropical fruit lingers long onto its finish.
