Rhum Barbancourt 15
Review
Produced at one of Haiti’s oldest distilleries, this rhum agricole ages in three different types of oak cask for a minimum of 15 years. Unlike younger cane juice distillates, this rum shows only the faintest signs of funky, green character. Instead, luscious honeycomb and vanilla notes lead the charge and linger well onto a finish that seems to last decades.
