At first glance, it would be easy to assume that this soft, subtle wine is simply straightforward, but underneath its immediately pleasant nose are notes of key lime pie, waxy red apple, white peach, and river stone. The lime sings on the palate, with an underlying salty note that just barely misses true excellence in the mid-palate.
