Monte Zovo Amarone della Valpolicella 2012 Review
A great example of classic Amarone, this wine balances raisined and dried mixed cherry fruit with charcoal, tangy tomato, smoked meat, and iron. While thickly fruited and laden with sweet tobacco and spice, it remains in balance and has great aging potential.
