Raul Perez Ultreia Saint Jacques 2017 Review
This wine seems wild and untamed but, like, tamed. The wild side is filled with unique aromas of fennel, mediterranean herbs and raw, seasoned meat. On the tame side wild blackberry and a touch of vanilla calm the edges and provide a supple mouthfeel. It's a cool balance and a good example of a wine grape we should be exploring.
