Pol Roger Pure was created in 2008 as an endeavor to create a unique version of the House style. Equal proportions of the three grape varieties, without sweetening dosage, allow for the natural flavors and for the diversity of terroirs to shine. This wine is profoundly crisp and mineral-rich. Aromas of freshly baked pastries and caramelized apples stimulate the palate. Bone-dry with bracing acidity, this Champagne shows its best before a meal while nibbling on canapes.
