Partida Añejo
Review
Aged in former whiskey barrels, this añejo pours a dazzling honey gold. The nose is rich in sweet baking spices, starting with vanilla and ending on an attractive licorice note. The palate mimics the nose with salted caramel and brown butter flavors arriving to add further depth. It's not too expensive to stop you from mixing it in cocktails, but this should definitely be sampled neat.
