Mezcal Macurichos Madrecuishe Review
Every sip of this Madrecuishe mezcal is deep and intense. The nose is robust, complex, and heady with notes of orange pith, grapefruit, and crayon wax. The palate manages to balance floral notes, fruit, and smoke with a precise minerality — all of which seems to evolve as it sits on the palate. It’s an interesting sip, thanks to the eight to 18 year old agave used to produce this bottle.
