This vintage Champagne, made entirely of Pinot Noir, is sure to delight those who enjoy rich, fruity sparkling wines. Flavors of bright, tart cherries are prominent, and the wine has a creamy texture, lively effervescence, and delicate sweetness. Enjoyed with or without food.
