Luca Bosio Moscato D'Asti DOCG 2017 Review
It takes a special place and special care to get Moscato D’Asti just right. The sweetness needs to be there, but not overwhelm the honeysuckle and orange blossom aromas typical of the wine. If the winemaker is quite good they can balance all of the this with crisp minerality to separate these characteristics, coaxing a little bit of melon on the finish. All this is happening in this bottle made by the son of the family, Luca. For less than $15 this is the most balanced one I have had yet. Brunch anyone?!
