Green bell pepper and soft berry fruit makes this wine very interesting. It’s not the kind of wine to just sit and chill with, but instead to grill up some lean meats and veggies and pair to match the wine's good acidity, letting the pepper notes jive with the food. There is some depth too, so it will definitely hold up.
