Los Angeles Aleworks LA Phil Brut IPA Review

This brut IPA brewed in honor of the LA Philharmonic's centennial (and, appropriately, made with Centennial hops) is clear, golden, bubbly, and bursting with candy aromas – peach, strawberry, mango, pear, orange – it's got it all. On the palate, it's bright and crisp, with some lingering silky texture, like a supple sparkling wine. There's a touch of sweetness, so it's not exactly "brut" or dry, but it's delicious nonetheless.
