Lejana Y Sola Mezcal Artesanal Joven Review
This Ensemble (or blend) is made using Espadín and the rare Cuishe agave. Its aromatic profile serves bright tropical fruit notes and an enjoyable undercurrent of brined jalapeños and fresh flowers. The palate is spicy and rich, and offers interesting textural complexity. Flavors of smoke and flowers weave seamlessly onto the finish. Consider this a sipper.
