Laurent-Perrier 'Grand Siècle' No. 24 NV Review
The 24th iteration of Laurent-Perrier's Grand Siècle Prestige Cuvée, this Champagne contains a blend of three vintage-worthy base wines (2004, 2006, and 2007) produced exclusively from grand cru vineyards. Comprising 55 percent Chardonnay and 45 percent Pinot Noir grapes, this is a delicately powerful sparkling wine. It has lively, complex aromas of green apples, dried flowers, and flinty minerality, and a concentrated, fruit-forward palate. It's pricey, for sure, but you're getting three vintage Champagnes for the price of one here.
