This wine is worthy of twenty four of your hard earned dollars. This is structured white wine that defines the best of the grape, Garganega, and the region. A beautiful, heady nose opens with concentrated aromas of Asian pears and the mineral quality of wet stone. With a swirl some sweet floral jasmine pops up to say hi, along with the smell of a freshly cut white peach. The palate is rich, with a nice refreshing weight on the palate, and a medium acidity providing contrast to keep things balanced. Guys, this is what Soave is about.
