This wine is your new friend. It has the depth of a Cab with the softness of a Merlot and the peppery notes of a Cab Franc. So it’s got all the things! It’s one hell of a food wine, and is affordable enough to wow your friends at a dinner party. Like really wow. This wine with a lean grilled steak or pasta with some legit beef ragu is a win win.
