Hudson Valley Incandenza Sour IPA Review
Hudson Valley Brewery co-founder Jason Synan once told me that sour IPAs are like cocktails. They can be distilled down to three essential components: residual sugar, acidity, and bitterness. Incandenza accomplishes this precisely, with lemony, fruit tart flavor and a Citra-Mosaic finish. It is still one of best sour IPAs around.
