Howard Park Miamup Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 Review
The Howard Park brand was founded on Cab and Riesling in Australia's Margaret River region. As the winery grew, it added new varieties, but Cabernet Sauvignon is still a big part of their identity. This Cabernet shows their 30-plus years of experience. The nose is lean and earthy with nice subtle root vegetable notes that bring complexity. The palate has great structure, with soft tannins and vibrant acidity.
