Coming from the high elevation hills of Clarendon in McLaren Vale is Hickinbotham's most prized Cab. It's an absolutely stunning example of how fragrant and beautiful Cabernet from Southern Australia can be. It has a deep, earthy nose with rich red fruit and spiced meat. The palate is stunning with amazing acidity and soft, lush tannins.
