Heidsieck & Co Monopole Rosé Top Brut NV Review
Soft and creamy with notes of general red fruit and some yogurt. It has a fine perlage (bubbs) and a structure everyone will enjoy. The palate is a bit bitter on the finish, but for a dinner party or get together it’s a great host gift.
