Germain-Robin California Alambic Brandy
Review
This French-inspired American release is distinctly brandy in character, but with a few notable tweaks. Using a base of California grown Colombard grapes, distilled in traditional Pruhlo Charentais pot stills, this brandy offers a rich core of dried fruits, which is textured by notes of vanilla, toasted oak, and muscovado sugar.
