Gehricke Los Carneros Pinot Noir 2015 Review
This wine does Carneros right. It’s rich and balanced with notes of rhubarb upfront, next to some savory black olive and a hint of cinnamon. There is wonderful fresh plowed earth as an under-layer, holding all other characteristics together with good acidity and allowing some cherry and vanilla in, but not too much. This is a hell of a successful Pinot from one of Napa's cooler climes.
