Firestone Walker Mind Haze IPA
Review
Although it debuted in 2019, Mind Haze became the sleeper hit that we didn’t know we always wanted until 2020 and beyond. Nine (!) hop varieties create a complex cornucopia of fresh, juicy citrus flavors along with some subtler tropical notes. At 6.2 percent ABV, the alcohol is moderate enough to have a pint or two without a meal, and its lighter-bodied malt bill (along with wheat and oats' softening effects) lands this beer right on the line beteween sessionable and bold.
