Eau Claire Distillery Parlour Gin Review
Typically, we raise an eyebrow when encountering gins bottled at 40 percent ABV — the common outcome being a slightly diluted flavor profile and lackluster finish. Yet, that’s absolutely not the case with this 80-proof Canadian offering. London Dry in style, it features the unique inclusion of rose hips and Albertan Saskatoon berries, which contribute towards a slightly sweet, well rounded palate.
