Douloufakis Dafnios Vidiano 2018 Review

A nice mineral-driven nose with notes of lemon zest and pears. As it opens it comes alive with peach, sweet acacia, and honeysuckle aromas. The palate is calm with a slight weight that is wonderfully balanced by bracing acidity. It’s made on an island and is perfect for island fare; I’m thinking steamed mussels with garlic and butter. Oh, and everyone is gonna dig this wine at a dinner party.
