Domaine Oudin Chablis 2022 Review
In 1988 Jean-Claude and Christiane Oudin relocated from the suburbs to Christiane’s father’s five-acre vineyard near the tiny village of Chichée, just south of Chablis. Today, they have retired and handed the reins to their daughters Nathalie and Isabelle. This Chablis has a lean, mineral nose and wonderful saline palate. The texture is so balanced and present, ending with a refreshing finish.
