Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blancs Brut 2010 Review
This blanc de blancs release from Dom Ruinart, made from 100 percent Chardonnay, carries fascinating depth and a delightfully pleasant profile. The nose is brioche and toasted nut heavy, with hints of espresso following. The palate explodes with lemon curd and orange blossom, culminating in a chalky and crisp finish.
