CVNE 'Monopole' Blanco Rioja 2018 Review

This wine has a good, bright, and solid acidity, keeping it lively while also possessing a heady quality that give it a  good grip on the palate. There is white peach and lemon peel on the nose along with some white pepper and a hint of cut grass. One sip will stick around on the palate, making it a good wine for something like a filet of halibut in a cream sauce.
