Clairin Sajous Review
This Haitian rum is a standout in the broad rum category, bringing a well-rounded combination of grassy notes, fruit (such as apricot and nectarines), and a distinct and enjoyable whiff of gasoline. Distilled from Canne Cristalline cane juice, and spontaneously fermented using wild yeasts, there's lots to geek out on with this rum, and its profile promises to dazzle aficionados.
