Charles Heidsieck Blanc de Blancs NV Review
Tight bubbles and candied fruit make this wine an intense but balanced, food-friendly wine. The slightly tart sweetness is a nice contrast to the bone-dry mouthfeel. This wine, with a big ol’ buttery lobster or a bucket of fried chicken, would be drool-worthy awesome.
