Champagne Palmer & Co. Vintage 2012 Review
An interesting blend of almost equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, this Champagne takes on a nose strikingly similar to that of sherry during the solera aging process. A complex palate follows in its wake with rich flavors dancing in harmony with bright acidity for a lively pour of vintage bubbles.
